Beach day with sauna

Join us for a BEACH DAY at Kingsbarns on Thursday 8th May, with access to:
– a woodfired sauna (exclusive to us 10am – 1pm) (https://wildscottishsauna.com/)
– a guided stretching and movement session
– the sea!
– spending a quiet time in nature
We’ll be at the beach from 10am to 2pm. We have transport leaving Kirkcaldy at 9am, returning by 4pm, or you can make your own way there. Get in touch by email (hello@penpals.site) to let us know you’re coming and to book a spot in the transport and sauna.
