Join the Pen Pals Lunch Club!
What?
This is a free community meal, welcoming anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent. You don’t need to be a Pen Pals member.
When?
Our LAUNCH LUNCH will be on Saturday 4th April, 1pm to 3pm.
After that, they’re on the 3rd Saturday of every month, from 1pm to 3pm.

Where?
Greener Kirkcaldy, 8 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XT.
This is a few minutes walk from Kirkcaldy train station and bus station.

Access
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and has accessible non-gendered toilets.
We’ll be sitting around shared tables, dining room style. There will be no background music playing.
We can provide stim toys and ear defenders. There will be plenty of room to pace or move around, and there is separate seating in the foyer if you need a short break.
Please let us know if you have any access needs, including alternative seating arrangements.
Travel fund
You can use our travel fund to join us from anywhere within Fife. This includes reimbursement for train or bus tickets, or use of our pre-paid taxis. Email us if you’d like to arrange this.
The menu
We’ll be preparing fully vegan meals, with gluten-free options, and we’ll share the menu with you in the week before. We aim to have regular recurring options, so you know what to expect.
We’ll accommodate allergies and dietary needs as much as possible if you let us know about them when you sign up.
You’re welcome to bring your own same/safe food to eat if you prefer. Please let us know when you register.
You’re encouraged to bring your own boxes to take away any leftovers!

If you’d like to help us to prepare any of the meals, please let us know and we’ll get in touch to arrange things. Regular volunteers will be able to get a REHIS food hygiene certification. Thank you!
